Mour Group was pleased to partner with NNN Retail Development on the new Dollar General store in Calexico, California.
Mour Group Engineering + Design provided full project management and design services for the site adaptation of a 9,100 SF Prototype A Dollar General store.
Services included complete architectural and structural drawings — covering foundations and retaining walls — along with modifications to prototype elevations, sections, details, and finish schedules.
Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and exterior fire protection design were also incorporated. Mour Group managed the project from documentation through construction, including on-site oversight during the build.
