Anaheim Garden Walk
The Anaheim Gardenwalk is a 450,000 sq. ft., 3-level shopping center of Type I-A Fire Resistive Construction in the Disney Resort District in Anaheim, CA. The center includes an IMAX theater, bowling alley, fitness center, management offices, employee locker rooms, and retail stores. Over the past four years, Mour Group has provided the client with Conceptual Tenant Renderings, Lease Outline Documents, Concourse Improvements Day Lighting Study, Life Safety Analysis to increase leasable areas, and conceptual expansion and remodel designs. The scope of work included architectural tenant improvement drawings and structural modification.
Prior to Mour Group’s involvement with the Gardenwalk, previous project management experience is listed here as individual experience for Glenn Mouritzen SE, Joseph Skimming RA, and David Kollasch PE. Together they provided prime architectural, construction administration and project management services from the beginning of construction in 2007 through the end of 2013.
Construction administration services included RFI and Shop Drawing processing, weekly site visits, and continuous site presence during the last three months of construction. Other architectural services provided were: value engineering, 3 fountain designs, concourse improvements, plus various tenant improvements, maintenance of the lease drawings, and review of tenant improvement drawings for conformance with the Tenant Criteria Manual.
