This project consisted of the tenant improvement design for a new space for Batch Cookie Company. Mour Group provided the following services: space planning, interiors, architecture, mechanical, electrical and plumbing design. The work on this project also included the value engineering revisions to existing drawings for frp revisions, which affect architectural, structural engineering, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering designs.
The 1,200 square foot in line tenant space is in Del Mar Highlands, California.
