Coldwell Banker was planning on moving to a new space and needed the new space designed for their specifications. This project consisted of the remodel and redesign of a 3,200 square foot shell office space.
Mour Group was engaged to provide the architectural design, structural engineering and Professional Engineer of record, collaboration with mechanical/electrical/plumbing, and permitting.
