Mour Group provides roll out prime design services for various developers for Dollar General, and have engineered and designed stores in California, Oregon, Washington and Arizona. This is an essential part of our business model where our staff not only produces well thought out, comprehensive designs, but we are able to learn and understand the client’s business model and practices to create a dynamic collaboration. This enables our team to produce the best results for each project for our clients.
Mour Group has been providing prime project management services including civil engineering, architecture and structural engineering for more than 50 Dollar Generals across California, Oregon, Washington and Arizona. Projects typically are built on a little over one acre of unimproved land with site construction coordinate between Dollar General site, new street improvements and three new adjacent developments. Civil work includes design and coordination of demolition, on-site grading, off-site public improvements, utilities, paving, signage and striping, erosion control and Stormwater Prevention Pollution Plan (SWPPP). Architectural and Structural work includes design and coordination of foundation, pre-engineered metal building, accessibility and interior construction.
Mour Group also provides prototype maintenance, prototype site adaptation services, site planning, store planning, and construction documents.
