Mour Group provided architecture and engineering design services for a 12,000 sq. ft. shell building (to separate the interior from the exterior building) and associated site work. The building was designed for a new Petco Pet Store.

The project is located in Stadium Center, an existing shopping center in Manteca, CA. The building is constructed with CMU load-bearing walls with a panelized wood roof. The exterior finish is primarily cemented plaster and storefront with insulated glass.
