Mour Group provided architecture and engineering design services for a 12,880 sq. ft. Shell Building and associated site work. The building is designed for two Tenant Suites: (1) 10,000 sq. ft. suite for ULTA Cosmetics and (1) 2,880 sq. ft. suite for a future tenant.

The project is located in Stadium Center, an existing shopping center in Manteca, CA. The building is constructed with CMU load bearing walls with a panelized wood roof. The exterior finish is primarily cement plaster and store front with insulated glass.
