Zion Market
San Diego – In an effort to bring in new shoppers and retailers, The Zion Market in San Diego was in need of renovations and improvement. The scope of master planning, and work consisted of preparing construction drawings including architecture, civil engineering and structural engineering for a new 59,700 square foot Zion Market to be located on Clairemont Mesa Boulevard. This project also included a 30,000 square foot addition to an existing two story 29,000 square foot office building, which is also to be remodeled.
Los Angeles – Mour Group was brought in to prepare the tenant improvement drawings, including architecture, interior design and structural engineering for a new 26,000 square foot Zion Market to be located in The Rise – Korea Town condominium development.
