The current housing on Columbia Street in San Diego was cleared to make room for a 10-unit apartment building. Mour Group provided the full design services for the 10-unit apartment building over parking, to include Architecture, Interior Design, Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering.
This project utilizes low income housing incentives to obtain a 50% increase in density, and is currently under construction.
