
This project consists of full design services for a new ten-unit apartment building over parking. Scope includes preliminary design, preliminary design review processing through SDHC of San Diego, Planning Department processing, and full construction documents including Architecture, Structural Engineering.
Current housing was cleared to make room for a 10-unit apartment building. This project utilizes low-income housing incentives to obtain a 50% increase in density.
Anticipated project completion: Summer 2021.
