The Sweetwater 17 Apartment building is a new 3-story, 17-unit apartment building in National City, near Downtown San Diego.
The scope of work consists of the Architectural, Structural and MEP construction documents for this apartment building. Mour Group provided the architectural design, structural engineering, mechanical/electrical/ plumbing engineering, civil engineering and surveying.
This project utilizes low-income housing incentives to obtain a 50% increase in density.
