PriceSmart Costa Verde, Panama
The PriceSmart Store in La Chorrera, Panama is a 95,000 sq. ft., one-story masonry and steel building with a 300 space, exterior parking lot. The project included administrative areas, employee locker and break rooms, a market, restaurant, commercial kitchen, bakery and tire center for the public.
Mour Group provided primary engineering and architectural services which included: Preliminary project coordination, due-diligence and site planning, programming, and construction documents.
In addition, they provided construction administration services for the project, which included regular site visits to La Chorrera, Panama, and meeting with the different jurisdictions to coordinate and present the documents in a timely fashion in order to obtain the required construction permits.
