The PriceSmart corporate office is located in Bogota, Colombia. The new 14,500 square foot office is located at the Salitre PriceSmart site over open parking.
Mour Group provided prime engineering and architectural services which included: Preliminary project coordination, due diligence and site planning, programming, and construction documents. In addition, Mour Group provided construction administration services for the project, which included regular site visits to Bogota, and meeting with the local entities to coordinate and present the documents in a timely fashion in order to obtain the required construction permits.
